Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 15 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the E-Bike
Ensure the bike is clean and packed securely in its original box with all accessories, manuals, and chargers included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please note that return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned item for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
